Al is the founder and managing partner of Resnick Partnership LLP.

With over 50 years of public practice experience, Al has built a successful client base across all industries of practice. Al was designated as a Chartered Accountant in 1968 and has been a Certified Fraud Examiner for over 20 years. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for both the Canadian and American International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.


Frank joined Resnick Partnership LLP in 2006 as the firm’s tax partner. He has practiced in public accounting for over 30 years and has specialized in the area of taxation since becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1986.

Frank provides advice on a wide range of taxation matters and also provides tax consulting services to other accountants. Frank’s services focus on all areas of private owner-managed businesses, corporate reorganizations, personal tax (Canadian and US), estate planning, and family succession planning. He also assists clients in all matters with tax authorities, including representing clients in appeals with respect to taxation matters.


Pamela joined Resnick Partnership LLP in 2004 and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2007. Pamela currently serves as the firm’s Assurance and Quality Control partner. She has over 14 years of accounting, assurance, and tax experience in various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail distributions, construction, real estate, and professional service companies. During her tenure at the firm, Pamela has specialized in the charitable and non-profit sector, focusing on labour unions, trade associations, multi-employer pension plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefit plans. She has extensive experience performing a range of specialized engagements including investigative and forensic audits, government compliance audits, and employer payroll audits. Pamela received her Bachelor of Commerce degree (with honours) from the University of Guelph and completed her CPA credit requirements at York University. She holds a CPA and CA designation and has previously served as a member of FSCO’s Multi-Employer Pension Plan Advisory Committee.


Vani joined the firm in January 2017 as a senior accounting manager. From humble beginnings as a co-op student from the University of Toronto, she continued to move up through the ranks to gain 15 years of experience in public practice prior to joining the firm. She obtained her CGA designation in 2006 and is a licensed public accountant in Ontario. Vani has worked with clients across various industries, specializing in serving clients in small businesses and in the not-for-profit sectors. In addition to assisting the partners to meet day-to-day client needs, she is also passionate about mentoring junior staff and strives for the highest quality control.  Outside of work, she actively serves as the President/Treasurer of a Canadian registered charity and as a Board member for another charity headquartered in the US.


Our firm is a registered member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Association (ACFE), International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP), and Multi-Employer Benefits Council of Ontario (MEBCO).

We are also certified as a designated student training office with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
